As Needed Support

As needed support is a way for customers to purchase technical documentation, email or even live support as a one of bases. Unlike the subscribed support (link) the fee is a one of payment. This however only covers the one enquiry.

As needed support has the same range of support as subscribed support. This includes all of our technical documentation (link). The fees for this are £10 per support ticket. To arrange support please contact info@lathamtech.co.uk or use our contact form (link), with a description of your enquiry. To pay for support the staff at Latham-Tech will send you a paypal invoice and once paid will commence with giving you full support.

If email or live support is not what you require then please take a look at our Technical Documentation (link) page. This has many useful documents which can be downloaded as needed for a one time charge or free to subscription users.
