Subscribed Support

Subscribed support is used for people who want to have an external support package. This is used for small companies to reduce the need for onsite IT staff. It is a monthly fee of £25 and you get access to all of our Technical Documentation (link), email and live support. It does not include the cost of onsite support but it does include diagnostic support (link).

To pay for subscribed support please email or use the contact form (link) provided and one of the staff will send you a paypal invoice. Once this is paid we will then send you a confirmation email to state the day you joined to the day your subscription runs out. You will also recieve an email a week before the support has ran out to give you the choice to subscribe again. As this is a rolling contract you can opt out at any point by emailing but the months subscription does not get refunded.
